Sebastian suggests that the best place to start your personal training career is with commercial gym .

Why is that? Why is commercial gym the place to go for a rookie personal trainer ?

WHO IS SEBASTIAN?

Sebastian, an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer & also a Rehab Trainer (completed the RehabEssentials by RehabTrainer Australia), does what he preaches revolving around the education he received in the syllabus of NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, NSCA CSCS, ISSN Sport Performance Nutrition, FTI Functional Mobility and FITM Certified Personal Trainer.

Graduated, as a Psychology (First Class Honor) major, Sebastian combines best learning strategies to assist clients to progress during and off-training sessions.

Currently, he is also working as an educator for FITM (Fit Innovation Malaysia), mainly provide theoretical and practical sessions for Certified Fitness Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer course.

Sebastian specializes in setting clients through routines to improve movement efficiency by assessing their posture deviation, correct those deviations by customized functional stability-mobility drills and phasic muscles activation, then; gradually integrate with resistance training into the routine.

Functionality is the integration of both strength and mobility. When one is able to move with comfort and better range of motion, one is able to produce more force through the movement range, thus; improving ones functional daily lives with the higher enery while reducing the risk of injury.
