In my opinion, detoxing our body is definitely will be beneficial to our body.It able to clear out all those crap that we been putting into our body .However, in terms of losing weight ,im still not convince by using the method.I mean,yes you do lose weight after doing all those detox, cleansing programme, that is because you have lost a huge amount of waste from your body as well as water.But,if you still back to your bad eating habits and do not do any exercises , you will still not be healthy.Consistency in exercise and having a healthy lifestyle is still the ultimate solution to permanent weight loss.
