Well, I’m same as you guys, i start my day early morning and end my day at/after dinner time.Getting lean is my fitness goal ,therefore I need to prepare my meal nearly every day.How do I prepare my meal?Easy….get yourself a pressure cooked,chop your chicken ,put your vege ,DONE!!
