Today i will be sharing with you ho do i use HIIT in my strength training when working out in a gym.HIIT is a great way to sweat out your fat !
My HIIT Weight Loss Gym Routine:
Workout set Exercise:Bench Press 20kgs each side
Resting Exercise: Alternate Body Weight Lunges 20 reps
Total set:3 sets
You can adjust the reps and weight for each exercise.If you wana do this at home, you can replace the bench press with push up 🙂
