According to What’s Cooking America ,you can calculate the total amount of calories burn in one minute doing squats by simple multiplying 0.096 by your weight in pounds.
For example,im 180 pounds ,therefore the total calories that im going to burn in a minutes of doing squat will be 17.28 calories.
So how many squats i need to do , to burn off 100 calories? it will be 5.787 minutes to burn off 100 calories.
