Hei Malaysian! Diet Doesnt Work ! Stop Dieting !

I hate the word D – I  – E – T .The first three words DIE, doesnt sound friendly at all. In my opinion ,diet means a temporary and highly restrictive process of eating in order to lose weight.

Lets see over here,

how many of you that is reading this article now, has tried dieting programme at least once ?

How many of you has tried dieting programme at least once and fail ?

And how many of you has bought a dieting programme for couple thousand of ringgit ,lose a couple of inches and gain back couple of extra inches after a few  months later ?

SO DIETS REALLY DO NOT WORK?

My answer for you is , diets do work .

YOU are not working !

Do Not Have A Goal

I want to lose 10 kgs in 3 months time  .Does this goal sounds strong and convincing ? Well , it might sounds like , but not really. Let me add some salt and pepper on it ,so that it could have a stronger meaning  .

I WANT TO LOSE 10 KGS IN 3 MONTHS , BECAUSE I WANA GO AFTER JESSICA .

I WANT TO LOSE 10KGS IN 3 MONTHS , BECAUSE I WANT TO HAVE THE BEST WEDDING PHOTO.

I WANT TO LOSE 10 KGS IN 3 MONTHS , SO THAT I COULD WEAR THAT S SIZE DRESS FOR COMING COMPANY DINNER.

Cannot Make It As A Lifestyle 

The best weight loss programme ,is a healthy lifestyle . Nothing can beat this . Agree ? 3 months 10 kgs programmes , lose 5 kgs in 2 weeks , six packs in 6 weeks, for me those are just crap .Is like scheme cepat kaya ,but this is scheme cepat kurus .Total rubbish . What are you going to do after the 3 months ?2 weeks ? 6 weeks? Yeah gaining the extra X 10000 pounds of kgs !

I always tell me client , you do not need to join fancy gym or take expensive weight management supplement .Buy a good pair of running shoes , eat healthy and repeat the process for LIFE . And you will be obese FREE.

DIET IS SHORT TERM ,LIFESTYLE IS FOR LIFE.
