This is because people nowadays are hoping for fast result with minimum effort , but most of them giving up a few months later when they cannot see the expected "fast" result. Typically, our body need approximately 4 -6 weeks to see small changes ,and become more noticeable as time goes on. The first 2 weeks of programme ,you might not be able to see any changes on your body ,perhaps some of my clients can't even see any noticeable result in the first 3 weeks of training. This is the time when most people start to give up on their fitness journey. By knowing that all fitness programme takes time to show result ,you will be more realistic on the time frame you will need to achieve your goal. A never give up mind set ,and always look for a solution is the key to success.
