While im doing my psychology exam revision today ,i came across a term that is very familiar and popular in the fitness industry,which called Noctural Leg Cramps.
What???I NEVER HEARD IT BEFORE! Yes of course you never, unless you are a fitness trainer or working in the related field then you might know about this term. Noctural leg cramps is what we know as, the legs cramp or legs spasm that that we get at night.Its normally happen at the calf area,some cases it might happen at the muscles at your feet or thighs .

Make sure that you stay hydrated drink six to eight glasses of water each day.If you are an active person, a gym goer or sportsman you might need to increase your water consumption.Beside that ,make sure you have enough micro-nutrient such as potassium ,sodium and magnesium ,the lack of such micronutrient might causes cramping .Moreover, gently stretch or massage your leg muscle such as your calf and thigh before sleep to promote blood flow at the area to prevent cramping at night.Furthermore, you might also need to keep your blankets and sheet loose around your feet so that your toes are not distorted.
