SHOULD YOU BE GETTING A GYM MEMBERSHIP IN MALAYSIA? My questions to you are , what stopping you from joining a gym in Malaysia ? Most frequent "nonsense" that Malaysian will think about ,when come to "should i join a gym membership or not " are as below:

You have been thinking of this question for the past 2 years . You were 55kgs 2 years back , and you are now 85kgs .

Still thinking or joining a gym or not ? Yeah , another 2 more years and you will be at 90kgs , and full of bad health condition .

Still thinking or joining a gym or not ? tong tong chiang d .

My questions to you are , what stopping you from joining a gym in Malaysia ?

Most frequent “nonsense” that Malaysian will think about ,when come to “should i join a gym membership or not ” are as below:

  1. Pricing 

The typical gym membership are at the range of RM100 – RM200++ (Fitness first) .

My Questions back to you : Will spending a RM7 to get healthy expensive for you ?

If you answer is no , GO AND JOIN A GYM.

If you answer is yes , stop buying the bloody vape . Stop drinking the beers. Stop drinking the disgusting bubble tea .Stop buying yourself a branded T shirt , as your BODY does  not fit into it . Think of how does the “shirt” feel . sigh….

2. No Time

Everyone has 24 hours , 7 days a week . If you do not even have time to take care of your own health , i doubt that you can take care of your family or your love ones.

3. Busy With Work

When you quit your job , your position will be replaced right away . YOU ARE NOT AS IMPORTANT AS YOU THINK YOU ARE IN YOUR COMPANY . Get your ass to the gym now!

4. My House/office nearby no gym.

I know you will ask this . Malaysian style , pattern more than badminton . The purpose of joining a gym , is so that you can have more exercises variety , such as classes and training equipment .

In fact to be healthy and fit , you do not need to join a gym , if it is no convenient to you . A pair of shoes and you are good to go with a run !

Or just search on youtube , home based bodyweight workout ! STOP GIVING yourself stupid reason to be healthy .
