Group exercise is growing rapidly in the past few years. Typical group training such as bootcamp is making a real success in Malaysia,such as Original Bootcamp ,Rebel Bootcamp etc.

However, due to the drawback  of lacking in personal attention from the trainer,unable to track individual progress accurately,do not have personalize training programmes ,bootcamp trend or big group training is declining rapidly.
