Stress is a normal and natural part of human life .

Have you ever encounter that ,when the moment you think of working out ,you feel so stressful ?Your legs and body is so heavy to lift when you trying to run on the treadmill?

We must learn to how to deal with workout stress in order to lead a more  happy and healthy life.

Today I’m going to share a few ways that I manage the workout stress in my life, and I know these will work for you as well.

Here are 5 ways to deal with workout stress:

  1. Plan Your Workout Ahead

Plan your workout day a week ahead.i normally will schedule my workout day a week ahead ,which include what am i going to train on that day. If i know that im going to have a busy week ,typically i will have my workout done early morning ,so that i can have the rest of the day to do whatever i need to do.Having a plan for your day will make you feel more in control. You won’t have to think about or make a decision on what to do next.

2. Write Things Down

I typically will have a workout draft on what exercises that im going to do .So that when i reach gym,i will straight workout according to what i have plan. This is to help me to stay focus on doing what i need to do ,without wasting time cruising in the gym .

3. Get More Rest

Sometime your body need to rest,We are not arnold , or jay cutler that their jobs is pretty much eat ,sleep ,train and repeat.We got lots more to do.If you think that your body need to have some good rest go ahead and have some time off.

4. Stay Positive

One of the things that you can do to due with the stress from your workout is to ask yourself:

“What can I learn from this experience? What is this experience trying to teach me?”

Ask yourself what can you do in the future to avoid this sort of stress.

5. Make Your Food Dirty

Another method that i will use when i get too overwhelm with workout stress it to have a day off on my diet.I will typically eat whatever i feel like having on that day after couple month of clean diet .
