How hard to lose weight? Or should i ask, how hard to get the right weight loss information?Well,with shifu google, you can get nearly all the information that the world has.So , let me ask you this question again,how hard to get the right weight loss information?IS DAMN EASY!Despite weight loss information is getting more visible due to the development of internet, obesity rate is increasing year by year.

You know that in order to lose weight,you need to eat ,drink and live healthy.However, why some of you is not doing it?You know that you should run and lift in order to get your weight down,but why you are not doing it? You know that white bread,rice and all processed food is not good, why are you still putting them into your mouth?

These questions really make me frustrated , therefore ,i decided to do some research on it.What i found out may amaze you.

One of the main devil factor that stopping us from doing what we know ,we should be doing is called, “FEAR”.

As Bruce Lee says, “Knowing is not enough ,we must apply ,willing is not enough ,we must DO”.Knowing and willing isn’t the real problem the biggest problem is the DOING that gets us every time.

You know exactly what to do and how to do,but why you are not implementing it ?How do we put what we know into actions?How to set a weight loss goal and achieve it? How to stay focused on losing weight ?What is stopping us and how we can overcome it?


Why do you eat processed food,fast food,unhealthy food instead of veggies,lean meat?This is because  you’re afraid of change. You’re afraid of things that aren’t comfortable.You fear of changing your bad eating habits. You’re afraid of looking like an idiot when you go our for dinner with friends/family and they’re all eating fried rice,chicken and a table of processed food  and you’re eating carrot sticks and some lean chicken breast.

Why do you not talk to a  weight loss expert when you need help in losing weight?Instead ,you rather stop doing anything that will help you to reach your fitness goal.This is because you’re afraid of rejection, of looking stupid, of injuring your pride.

Why do you not reject your friend’s invitation to have a crappy dinner that will only add a huge sums of dirty calories into your body? You’re afraid of being alone, of being unloved,unfriend and looking stupid.

We’re fear,  thus, we do some rather comfortable things to avoid the thing we’re afraid of.

If we’re afraid of changing our bad eating habits, unconsciously we will create all kinds of  strategies to not doing it. Human being is very good  at finding ways to avoid pain,and this also explain why people love to stay at their comfort zone and not willing to change.

Therefore ,to get things done,YOU have to beat the FEAR.

The only way to learn to do, is TO DO.

How to lean to do?

  1. Learn by doing. It is good that you read alot,i mean alot.You can learn how the exact exercise to lose weight,the exact amount of calories that you need to lose 10 kgs .DO NOT LEARN BY READING.START DOING IT !
  2. Write down 5 daily things . Write 5 simple things that you can achieve daily that will contribute to your weight loss goal.And at the end of everyday,acknowledge your success .
  3. See failure as a learning tool. I have seen too much of people failing in my 29 years of living in this planet.However, those people that able to learn from their failure and never give up,are those people that achieve extraordinary things . Failure is a signal that ,there is something that we can learn . Failure is a must step in learning , if you can already do something perfectly, you’re not learning anything.And if you are not learning ,you are dying.

Fear  doesn’t tell us how our lives should be.How our life should be ,is how we act. The best things about life ,we always have a choice.The end this article i would like to share with you a a story of a circus elephant.Enjoy:)


As a man passing the elephants in a village, he stopped and feels amazed about the fact that these huge animals were being held by only a small rope tied to their front leg. No chains, no cages.

It was so obvious that the elephants could break free easily from their bind, but for some reason, they did not.

Not far from that place, he saw a trainer nearby and asked why these animals just stood there and made no attempt to escape.

Trainer : “Well ,when they are very young and much smaller we use the same size rope to tie them and, at that age, it’s enough to hold them. As they grow up, they are conditioned to believe they cannot break away. They believe the rope can still hold them, so they never try to break free.”

The man was amazed. These animals could at any time break free from their bonds but because they believed they couldn’t, they were stuck right where they were.

Like the story above, how many of us go through life tying onto a belief that we cannot do something, simply because we failed at it once before?
