Amir has been training with me for the pass 3 months . His training time is morning 8am, 3 times a week. Amir is a very determine and goal oriented person.His goal is to gain some quality weights and muscles.He gained 5kgs in 3 months time.His motivation come from his brother.Despite the busy working schedule , his brother is able to make sometime to hit the gym.
